The human body’s intelligence impresses me every day—the intricate ways it adapts to our environment are both beautiful and inspiring. However, these same survival mechanisms can lead to imbalance. When we are under stress, undernourished, or lacking support, the body’s adaptive responses may manifest as discomfort and illness.
