But these reactions to our environment can also increasingly create imbalance. Ironically our body’s creative survival techniques can manifest illness & discomfort when we are are stressed & not well nourished or supported.

First we develop a detailed understanding of your current state of wellness; how you experience your body, capacity for challenge, how much available time you have for healing work & so on. How long has the story of your unwellness been going on? What have you already tried? We then map this information onto the mineral & heavy metal balances that your hair tissue mineral analysis results give us
Your treatment plan
Pinpointing big issues (& bracketing lesser ones) allows us to focus on one thing at a time. I rely on diet first as the support best accepted by the body. Lifestyle changes are in order. Herbs & mineral supplements correct when diet isn’t enough. Nervous system practices like pranayam & micro-dosing & body treatments are helpful for many. Finally I love helping develop a wellness team through referrals to trusted practitioners.
Refinement, Re-testing
You will be doing the sometimes joyful & sometimes challenging day-to-day work to regain your metabolic health.
I will be there to guide & inspire you as we learn together & co-create your process.
